[Cov txheej txheem qhia txog]:
Mica ore beneficiation yuav tsum xaiv cov txheej txheem tsim nyog raws li qhov loj ntawm mica ore. Loj mica ores feem ntau siv tes xaiv thiab kev sib txhuam cov txiaj ntsig zoo; fragmented mica ores nrog ntau cov duab feem ntau yog siv cov huab cua sib cais thiab flotation txheej txheem.
[Daim ntawv thov teb]:
Mica minerals feem ntau muab faib ua peb pawg: muscovite, biotite thiab lepidolite. Muscovite muaj xws li muscovite thiab nws cov subspecies (sericite) thiab tsawg dua sodium mica; biotite suav nrog phlogopite, biotite, hlau Biotite thiab manganese biotite; lepidolite yog cov nplai zoo ntawm ntau yam mica nplua nuj hauv lithium oxide. Feem ntau siv hauv kev lag luam yog muscovite thiab phlogopite.
Lub ntiajteb txawj nqus + flotation ntxhia ua txheej txheem
Lub ntiajteb txawj nqus sib cais + flotation beneficiation txheej txheem yog thawj zaug tshem tawm ntxhib tailings los ntawm lub ntiajteb txawj nqus sib cais, thiab cov resulting coarse concentrate ces nkag mus flotation. Lub ntiajteb txawj nqus sib cais siv qhov sib txawv ntawm qhov ntom, qhov loj me thiab cov duab ntawm mica thiab gangue minerals rau kev txheeb xyuas, thaum flotation siv qhov sib txawv ntawm lub cev thiab tshuaj sib txawv ntawm mica thiab gangue minerals rau sorting.
Sib tsoo thiab muab qhab nia theem
Sib tsoo thiab dissociation feem ntau yog siv txoj kev sib tsoo ntub. Cov khoom siv feem ntau suav nrog cov khoom siv ntub dej-txuag daim phiaj pob zeb; high-frequency nplua tshuaj ntsuam cais cais cov dissociated mica los ntawm cov pob zeb nyob ib puag ncig kom tau txais kev tsim nyog pub particle loj.
Reselection theem
Ua ntej, lub kauv chute yog siv rau kev siv ntxhib. Cov khoom lag luam refined mica tau txais los ntawm cov khoom siv kauv chute yog sib cais los ntawm shaker kom tshem tawm cov xuab zeb sib xyaw hauv cov mica flakes. Lub shaker tuaj yeem cais cov xuab zeb hnyav (magnetite thiab zircon). Lub teeb xuab zeb (feldspar thiab quartz), flake mica thiab ntxhia slime.
